This counter top juicing machine boasts both a, whisper-quiet motor, and a three star rating on Amazon. It will not be long before the whisper-quiet motor turns to a roar, and your screaming at the customer service rep on the phone falls upon a deaf ear.

Look, this is a nice juicer for a first time juicer. Perhaps your five-year old tells you he is interested in juicing. Well, get him this juicer, by all means. He will never figure out how to put it together, so he will never have to be frustrated by it breaking down. Also, when you dial customer service and hand your child the phone, him and the customer service rep can talk gibberish and baby talk to each other all day long, saving you the time, and hassle.

Perhaps you think this review has spent a lot of time discussing poor customer service, and not enough time talking about the finer points of this juicer. Well, if the convenient price tag of this juicer was worth all of the headaches, then the poor customer service they have would not be a valid talking point. However, the affordable price is not worth what happens to your life as soon, and soon is the operable word, as your juicer breaks down on you. Why, it is almost like taking your precious time and putting it into a cheap juicer, and when the machine jams up, you spend what little time you have left unclogging the pulp it has made of your spare time.
